Advantages of CNC Machining Services

The Material CNC Machining

CNC Machining Materials are mainly plastic and metal.

Plastic: ABS, PC, PP, PS, POM, PMMA (Acrylic),PET, PU,TPU and PE etc.

Metal: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Magnesium, Titanium, Zinc and Brass etc.

Above are ONLY parts of common material for CNC machining, If you can’t find the material you need, please contact us.

About CNC Machining Tolerance

all parts will be made as per the 2D drawing from clients. If you can not provide the drawings, we usually process as per ISO 2768-M standard.

Characteristics of CNC Machining Services

1. High processing precision and stable machining quality;

2. Capable of multi-coordinate linkage and processing complex shaped parts;

3. When changing the machining parts, generally only the CNC program needs to be changed, which can save production preparation time;

4. The machine tool itself has high precision and stiffness, and can choose favorable processing quantities, resulting in higher production efficiency (usually 3-5 times that of ordinary machine tools);

5. Highly automated machine tools can reduce labor intensity;

6. Mass production, easy to control product quality;

7. Low requirements for the quality of operators and high technical requirements for maintenance personnel;

Working Principle of CNC Machining Center

1. A machining center is a highly automated multifunctional CNC machine tool with a tool library and an automatic tool changing device. After being clamped once on the machining center, the workpiece can complete multiple processes on two or more surfaces, and has multiple tool changing or selection functions, greatly improving production efficiency.

2. Machining centers are divided into two categories based on their machining processes: boring and milling, and turning. They can be divided into three axis, four axis, and five axis machining centers based on the number of control axes.
